Chaz at HELLA Costal contacted Knockout Designs with the hopes of creating a wooden tap handle with their name and logo painted on the front and back. Hella Coastal Brewing Company is a Black-owned brewery located in Oakland, CA. In the past years, HELLA Costal has gained popularity and can pride themselves as the first black-owned brewery in Oakland. The Knockout Designs Team got to work and created and 3D printed a two-tone plastic logo to be placed on the top of the wooden handle. Then, the team painted the HELLA Costal name onto the wooden shafts with a vibrant teal color. The UV LED paint is not only eye-catching with its vibrancy, but will help increase the durability of the tap handles through daily use. Custom art that reflects an establishment’s theme or identity is important when creating a unique atmosphere for customers. Our simple custom laser-engraved beer tap handles are an inexpensive way to brand craft brew when distributing kegs through a local area.
